Part availability and claims

Andrea World does not sell individual parts or components from any of the kits it offers for sale. All products are sold exclusively as complete kits, as described on the website.

Claims for missing or defective parts will only be accepted when all of the following conditions are met:

• · The claim refers to a kit purchased from Andrea World or an authorised distributor.
• · The customer must provide the ticket, receipt or purchase invoice.
• · The date of purchase must not be more than one (1) year prior to the date of the claim.
• · The quality coupon included in the kit must be presented in the form of a photograph or PDF.

Outside of these circumstances, Andrea World reserves the right to not accept replacement requests.
We strongly recommend that our customers carefully check the contents of the kits at the time of purchase or within a reasonable period of time after purchase, and report any incidents (missing or defective items) as soon as possible, so that we can deal with them appropriately within the established time limits.
