In order to locate our products you can use the drop down menus on the main page or our search engine. There are two search options available, a simple and an advanced search that allows you to combine multiple parameters.
If you are already a registered user, go directly to the Customer Access section located at the right of the home page (click on Log In), or wait until making your first purchase, the system will require that you are logged in to complete your purchase. In order to create an account just click on Sign Up. Remember that in later visits, the system will identify your user name and password, preventing any other users to access your personal data. You will always have the opportunity to change your password, but not your user name. If you forget your password just click on Forgot your password when login in and enter your username or email and your new password. You will receive an email to restore your access to your customer account. If you cannot find this email in your inbox please check your spam folder.
You can view, modify, or delete your user data on the main menu (click on My Account / Account). The system will require your user name and your password to make changes. Edit the information and click OK.
If you want to place an order you must select the products you want they will go automatically into your shopping cart. In order to locate a product, use the drop-down menus or the search engine. At any time, you can check the status of your order by clicking on the icon to see your order in the main menu. Once you have finished your order, click order process on this same screen. After the disclaimer, we recommend you read it carefully, you will be required to register as a user if you have not previously done so. Once the screen shows your order (shipping data), please verify both your personal information and shipping address (you can select an address different to your usual shipping address), and the status of your order. Select the desired shipping method and click continue. Depending on the shipping method and the items selected, the system will allow you to continue with your order (with the automatic calculation of shipping costs) or otherwise your order will be sent directly to our offices, where shipping will be calculated and added to your order. PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT NOTICES SECTION.
If you want to continue with your order, you can choose your payment method:
- If you choose payment with a Credit/Debit Card, the program will automatically redirect you to our Bank secure server, then through a screen "calculation of the amounts", in which the system will do an automatic calculation of shipping and will give you full information about the grand total for your order. If everything is correct, click on "send order" and it will be received at our offices. Once on the next screen, your will see your order number and your payment will be done by clicking on "payment card". You will be guided step by step, finally you will be informed if the transaction has been completed successfully. If so, the order will be sent to you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the payment, our office will contact you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
- If you choose to pay with PayPal, the system will automatically direct you to the PayPal secure server, through a screen "calculation of amounts", where the system will do an automatic calculation of shipping and will give you full information about your grand total. If everything is correct, click on "send order" and it will be sent to our offices. Once on the next screen your will see your order number and your payment will be done by clicking on "PayPal". Once inside the PayPal Gateway, you will be guided step by step, finally you will be informed if the transaction has been completed successfully. If so, the order will be sent to you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the payment, our office will contact you to fix it as quickly as possible.
- If you choose International money transfer, our office will wait until receiving the money transfer before shipping your order.
Note: the different accepted methods of payment could vary depending on the customer's order country.
- If ANDREA WORLD SL identifies a significant error in the price of the products, we will inform you, the customer, and you will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or, failing that, cancel it. If it is not possible to contact the customer, the order will be considered cancelled, in this event, any amounts paid will be fully reimbursed.
Shipping costs:
- For the automatic calculation of shipping, the system uses charts based on the amount of the order, and not the weight of the items. For this reason, sometimes adding more items to your order, does not increase your shipping charges. We recommend, therefore, that you try adding additional items to your shopping cart and check if shipping costs remain unchanged; that way you can optimize your order.
- The shipping calculation is performed automatically for any country in the world, except some cases that are detailed later.
The orders are shipped by private couriers for Spain (only peninsule), European Union, USA and UK. For the rest of the countries shipments usually sent by postal service. However, the company can choose to ship the order by private courier (although the customer had chosen postal service) depending on the characteristics of the order, or the country for the purpose of a safe delivery.
This system uses some programs that allow us to calculate automatically the shipping cost for most of the products, but some are too heavy, too big or even too fragile. If that is the case, the program will warn you that the shipment cost cannot be automatically calculated. Here you have some of the most common cases:
A) Your order includes some painted figures
Our program cannot calculate automatically shipping costs for custom-made or fragile products. Please press CONTINUE, enter your data to go to ORDER PROCEDURE and select SEND ORDER to our offices. As soon as shipping costs are manually calculated in our office, we'll send an email with an estimate for you to approve it.
B) Your order includes more than ten bases
Your order is too heavy, our program cannot calculate the shipping cost automatically. Please press CONTINUE, enter your data to go to ORDER PROCEDURE and select SEND ORDER to our offices. As soon as shipping costs are manually calculated in our office, we'll send an email with an estimate for you to approve it.
C) Your order includes a great number of books
Your order is too heavy, our program cannot calculate the shipping cost automatically. Please press CONTINUE, enter your data to go to ORDER PROCEDURE and select SEND ORDER to our offices. As soon as shipping costs are manually calculated in our office, we'll send an email with an estimate for you to approve it.
D) You order grand total is more than 600 euros and the shipping is inside the European Union, the shipping costs are free
E) You order grand total is more than 600 euros and the shipping is outside the European Union
Our system is not able to calculate shipping costs. Please press CONTINUE, enter your data to go to ORDER PROCEDURE and select SEND ORDER to our offices. As soon as shipping costs are manually calculated in our office, we'll send an email with an estimate for you to approve it.
F) Your order includes limited editions (References LP and FP)
Due to the volume and/or high weight of these editions, our program cannot calculate automatically shipping costs.
G) Your order includes the following references: FW-501,502,503,504,505,506 and 507 and the shipment is out of the European Union.
H) Your shipment is to Gibraltar.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
ANDREA WORLD S.L. is not responsible for damages, delays or missing items if you select the shipping by mail option. If you select shipping by carrier the packages will be insured in the event of a shipping incidence, please follow these instructions carefully, If you do not follow the instructions insurance might become invalid and we will not be responsible for the losses, damages or missing items:
• 1.When you receive your shipment please check the goods carefully upon receipt to verify that there are no defects, missing items or problems with the shipment.
• 2. If there is any damage, missing items or any other problem please inform the carrier immediately. If you notice damages or missing items upon receiving the order please write it in the delivery receipt. If you are unable to open the package upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person please write the following on the delivery note: 'Pending review'.
• 3. Please contact ANDREA WORLD S.L, within 12 hours to receive instructions, but do not manipulate the goods, dispose of the original packaging or send it to our workshop without prior inspection by the insurance company. Please keep all the original packaging, do not throw it away. The insurance that covers the shipment could be void if the communication of the damage or problem occurs after 12 hours. ANDREA WORLD S.L. does not guarantee the goods if these rules are not respected.
Tax
All our orders whose destination is a country within the EU, will have their VAT included in the calculation of your grand total. For countries outside the EU, taxes, tariffs or customs duties will not be included in your grand total, you will have to pay the customs duties or taxes that every country requires upon clearance of your shipment.
- Our company ships painted miniatures to any destination in the world, and we have more than 18 years of experience in this field.
- Painted figures are considered commission works. For this reason, customers must pay the total amount of the order in advance so we can start with the painting job. The delivery time is 30-45 days from payment.
- Due to the fragility of these products, ANDREA WORLD S.L, only sends figures by insured Transport Agencies. All of our painted items are carefully packaged in special wooden boxes. This type of shipping and special packaging must be quoted separately in each case, and because of this, our computer system cannot perform automatic shipping calculation.
- If you want to purchase one or more painted miniatures, add them to your shopping cart, and send us your order. Our office will calculate the grand total of your order and will send you a proforma invoice with all the details.
